Stock Market Opening Bell: The stock market opened strong for the fourth day in a row this week, but the trend is looking old. This is the fourth day in a row that the market fell into the red mark within minutes of opening on the green mark. Bombay Stock Exchange BSE’s 30-share Sensex opened up 49 points at 65,025 today. While Nifty of National Stock Exchange today started the day with an increase of 13 points to 19457 level.
Sensex was trading down 82 points at 64893 in early trade. 12 of its shares were in the red. While stocks like Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Power, Maruti, L&T, Wipro, JSW Steel, Titan, Nestle, Tata Power, Asian Paints, HCL Tech were in the green, stocks like Tech Mahindra, Bajaj Finance, HDFC Bank, Hindustan Unilever, TCS. The stocks were trading in the red.

Wednesday Status: Domestic bourses rallied on Wednesday amid choppy trading with the Sensex gaining 33 points. Market volatility was witnessed due to continued capital withdrawal by foreign institutional investors along with weak trend in Asian and European markets.
The Sensex closed at 64,975.61 points with an increase of 33.21 points. The Nifty also closed at 19,443.50 points with an increase of 36.80 points. Of the 50 stocks included in the Nifty, 29 were in gains while 21 were in losses.
