The result of the second phase of 1 lakh 22 thousand 286 teacher recruitment exam will be declared this week. BPSC is preparing to declare the result by 25th December. According to an estimate, it will take three to four days to declare the results of various categories of teachers from class 1 to 12.
According to the information, the commission will declare about 80 types of results. Different results will be declared for different subjects of class 6 to 8, class 9 and 10 and class 11 and 12. At the same time, the education department has prepared for the counseling of teacher candidates from December 25. Additional Chief Secretary Education Department KK Pathak has directed all the district education officers to complete the counseling preparations.
It may be noted that BPSC had announced the vacancy for the second phase of teacher recruitment exam on November 4 and invited applications till November 25. The exam was conducted from December 7 to 15.
First of all, the result of teacher recruitment exam for class 6 to 8 will be declared. After this the results of class 11 and 12 and class 9 and 10 teachers will be announced. Finally the result of primary teachers from class 1 to 5 will be declared. More than 7 lakh candidates have appeared in the teacher recruitment exam. More than 8 lakh candidates downloaded the admit card.
BPSC had already started the counseling for the first phase 1 lakh 70 thousand teacher recruitment exam before the result was announced. Counseling of all the candidates who appeared for class 11 and 12 and class 9 and 10 teacher examination was held in the districts before the declaration of result.
Biometric matching will be done in counseling.
During counseling in districts, candidates will be required to bring necessary educational certificates along with TET, CTET and STET pass certificates along with training certificates like B.Ed, D.El.Ed etc. Candidates belonging to reserved and disabled category will be required to bring Aadhaar card, residence certificate along with related certificates. The result of teacher recruitment exam will be district wise. Successful candidates will join the schools only after getting all necessary certificates and Aadhaar biometric matching during counselling.
Last time, BPSC had directly sent letters to the districts asking them to conduct counseling for the candidates appearing in the exam. This time BPSC has asked the education department itself for counselling. Last time, the controversy between the education department and BPSC was in discussion on the issue of counseling of the candidates.
Just as mass appointment letters were distributed to 1.20 lakh selected teachers in the first phase on November 2, preparations are being made to distribute mass appointment letters to the selected candidates in the second phase in January. The government will issue the appointment letter before the notification of Lok Sabha Elections 2024 is issued and the Election Code of Conduct is enforced. BPSC took applications from candidates till 25th November. The examination was started from 7th December, just 12 days after receiving the applications. The exam was conducted till 15th December. The exams of the two centers where the exams have been canceled were also conducted on December 18. The result of the posts of teachers of all classes will be declared in a fortnight after the completion of the examination.
